With over twenty years experience in construction management, Mr. Howell brings to Demo Masters, Inc. his valuable skills in project Management, project coordination, and project planning. Mr. Howell oversees all his projects from the bidding process, to the completion of the project in all aspects, including on time schedule completion, workers’ safety, scope changes, disposal, and compliance with Federal and State Regulatory Laws.

Mr. Howell is licensed in the State of California as a General Contractor. He is also the qualifying individual for licensing listed under Demo Masters, Inc., license number 764068.

With over twenty five years of experience in the demolition industry, Mr. Lee brings a wealth of knowledge to Demo Masters. He has successfully estimated and managed hundreds of interior demolition projects through out Northern California. His reputation throughout the industry is widespread.

Prior to Demo Masters, Inc., Mr. Lee was the owner & operator of Demo, Inc. a very successful Northern California demolition Company. Mr. Lee is licensed in the State of California as a General Contractor.

Mr. De Los Angeles has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry.

Through his work history, he has become familiar with all aspects of successful projects, including operations, worker’s safety, and timely, effective communications.

With his background in selective demolition and structural excavation, Rick brings to Demo Masters a unique understanding of specialized demolition projects. His experience offers customers the resource to successfully complete any sized demolition project.

At Demo Masters, Rick estimates, project manages, and sees projects through, from inception, to completion.

Rick is a graduate of Saint Mary’s College of California with a Master of Business Administration, and California State University, Chico with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business/Accounting. He holds a license with the State of California as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). While practicing as a CPA, eighty percent of his client base was represented by construction related companies. In addition, Mr. Cleveland was involved in consulting insurance companies regarding large bonding claims of construction companies.

For eight years, Rick was the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of a Publicly Traded Construction Company. He was responsible for the Accounting, Finance, Insurance and Bonding programs.
